To prepare chocolates with their own hands for the love of your life, the day dedicated to love, is priceless. Sure, it’s easier to buy them ready-made, but you want to put the satisfaction of them personally? Moreover, the preparation of these chocolates is extremely simple, so there engage much!
Ingredients: for 14 chocolates

100 gr. Dark chocolate 50%
30 gr. of butter
100 gr. of chopped hazelnuts
100 gr. Nutella
14 whole hazelnuts

200 gr. Dark chocolate 50%

Proceedings
Melt the butter in a double boiler. Off the heat, add the chocolate and let it melt completely. Separately, prepare the hazelnuts, add to it the Nutella and add to the melted chocolate. Stir well and bring the mixture to cool in the freezer for about 10 minutes to make it thicken, then roll into balls the size of a walnut, inserted into the top of each a whole hazelnut, and with the aid of a silicon mold (you can also use another system, I used this because it simplifies the work and maintains the shape of the balls), place them inside of it and put them back in the freezer to cool for 10 minutes. In the meantime, melt, always in a water bath, the 200 gr. dark chocolate that will serve to cover the chocolates. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, place it on a sheet of parchment paper until it is completely solidified, and you’re done. Your kind Baci chocolates are ready to be packaged.
Advice
Especially for this occasion, I recycled the original box of kisses Perugina, in the shape of a heart, to make the overall effect more realistic, but if you want, you can use any other box to your liking. Place each chocolate inside a baking cups, and then place it in the box.
